I've been slacking off on my brag threads, even though about 20 fakies have arrived in the past week or two. Here's some of them, plus a few I've had for ages but re-photographed anyway.
July, found at the flea market. When I got her I thought she was a dingy white, but she's actually a very pale yellow.
Moonbeam, also from the flea market.
Dipstick, from Eternia on MLPA. She glows in the dark! She hasn't been cleaned yet, since those pink streaks in her hair are the brittle fakie hair o' doom. She'll probably need to be rehaired.
A bunch of ponies from Skimble....
Chap Mei and not!ChapMeis
Tara pony. I just love the white, purple, and grey color scheme.
Lanard baby. She's got such perfect hair! So silky and smooth.
Little hard plastic ponies. I think they're the same type as Fingerpaint's recent box-o-ponies. For some reason, the photo makes them look really cheaply made. But they're nice and solid.
not!Remcos. I especially love the green one. She doesn't have any eyeshadow, which is unusual for a not!Remco. Also, her heart symbol is in a different spot on her NDS.
I'm still unsure of the identity of this doggy. She says "c 99 TT" and "China" on her belly. She has a molded forelock and is made of a relatively hard vinyl. All that leads me to believe that "TT" stands for "Tara Toys"? Any confirmation or denial of that would be helpful.
The green fakie in the middle is new, the two others are not. I photographed them together because the green one has the head of the white pony and the body of the purple pony. Because of this, her symbol is on her NDS.
This ugly little girl is one of my favorites, because she's a combo fakie. She has the same head and legs (with knee dimples) as a CPK pony, but she also has a Circus Pony blanket and Chap Mei collar. She's also wonderfully cheap....squishy vinyl, poor paintjob, and thin hair. And I really love her curls. <3
Finally, here's some photos of fakies I've had for a while, but just photographed again recently.
The party pony! Found this lil guy at the flea market. His party hat is molded on.
Baby Leafy. I just like to show this one off.
Remco seapony. One of my most treasured fakies. It's interesting to note that MLP seaponies have a metal weight in their tail, but this girl has what can only be described as cement filling the bottom third of her. I thought it was mold when I first opened her up, but it's hard as a rock.
Ok, that's plenty of picspam for now.
