I consider his collection "creative," since all of his ponies are modified in one way or another. He loves ponies, and he likes my MLPs and my fakes (PRnS, especially), but twelve year-old boys are incapable of collecting anything that might be considered girly by their friends, it seems. As such, his fondness for ponies manifests itself in very odd ways.
He calls his pony collection "The Herd of the Damned." Most of it consists of Pinkie Pies that have been 'altered' in some way, but this is just the fakie portion. Er... anyone who doesn't think blowing ponies up or putting them in ovens is an appropriate way of enjoying them should probably look away. I have nothing against it, since he loves his charred and mangled ponies as much as I love my own collection, but be warned!
Here's a group shot of the fakie part of the Herd of the Damned, lead by Viggo the Destroyer:
Aaand I don't know what he calls this one. This pony was actually my fault. I was testing oven temperatures before I baked my first sculpy custom. >.O
These two partied on the Fourth of July. One of my pyro-inclined friends helped.
While we're here, here's a close-up of Viggo. I made him for my brother when he told me his herd needed an overlord. Viggo was made out of a giant CPK fakie with fake eyelashes.
And last is the latest addition. This pony was made from a glow-in-the-dark Remco fakie, and he has glowing hair. I was going to keep him for myself, but my brother really liked him.
See? Everyone has their own way of loving fakies.
