So, after completing my Intro Diploma in Land and Enviroment and getting distinction grade I went and applied for my First Diploma in Animal Care at Canterbury College. Last week I had my enrollment which went pretty well apaer from a minor hiccup.
Today was the final stage in my enrollment the induction day. Basically the day where you find out what classes you are in, what group, get to meet tutors, go through tonnes of health and saftey, tour the college ect. And pretty much start to get settled in.
It was pretty hetitc because we had quite a lot to get through but I'm pretty happy with what we've got planned for the next year, I'm with my friend and a guy from my last course who I got on well with. The other people from my group who came back are in different groups but I'm hoping we can meet up whilst I'm there.
Everything went smoothly so now I am ready to start my course properly next Tuesday. I will be in Tuesday through Thursday.

Cool! That all sounds pretty good - wishing you the best of luck with your course!
I'm hoping to go back to uni next year, so I'm starting to get a little bit envious of everyone lucky enough to be studying right now!

Grats! I'm so nervous to go back to school...I have these recurring dreams where it's the first day of school and I don't know where any of my classes are, or it's the last day of school and I haven't done any homework all year.

Thanks everyone.
KnottyKitty: Yeah I had worries like that too but I soon found my feet at my college, it's not that big and I suppose the fact I went on my last course (and this one) with my best friend helped.
Yeah it should be good, the college is pretty nice in itself, the animal care tutors and resource assistants (see animal carers) are really nice.
