My fiance left me today. But that's oddly not the part that pisses me off.
And didn't pay his part of the rent or utilities.
My roommate and I can't cover it.
I am so screwed.

Id go have a talk to your landlord / office your renting your property through, they may be able to offer some sort of assistance for the one period, if you cant afford it full stop without a third person, id suggest looking for another place or another person. Im sorry to hear this though, sending my best wishes your way & hope it all works out for you.

I know this problem, can you ask your parents or friends for some money? Then when you can you give it back. As fingerpaints says, now, it's very important for you to look for a cheaper place or another roommate. I send you my best wishes. (sorry for my english I try to do my best)

Yowch. Hopefully things get better.
I can't offer any advice though apart from what's been given.

Well, we talked to the rent office and they said that they'll let us pay a week late (which is when we get paid again) and not charge us a late fee just this once because it's an odd circumstance and we've never been late before. The electricity though wouldn't hear any of it, so we have to pony that up. Thankfully it's much lower than the other two, so it's not as big of a deal. We can make it. =P
Money will be extremely tight though in about a month. ~_~;; Because the check we usually use for phone, internet, credit card, and groceries will now have a hit in it from us having to take extra out for rent.
Ah well. We've had tighter times before.

That's good that your landlord agreed to give some leniency. In an emotional situation like that, keeping a roof over your head is priority one. I'm speaking from experience here. I've had a couple of engagements split up too (one time I ended up living in my car for about a week) so my heart goes out to you. It may suck to not have a phone and whatnot (speaking from experience there too) but you'll get through it. *hugs* I wish you the best, hun. Keep us updated.

We already decided the phone was the one to give up. Internet's out of the question as I need it to work. One of my two jobs is done from home online. For credit card, I'll likely pay just the minimum. I generally pay much more than the minimum, but I can't see that happening all considered. ~_~;;
Thanks for the emotional support, guys. =3
